Enter Your Masterpiece: Quilting Connections 2024 Show Entry Details!<\/h1>\n

This is a non-judged show!\u00a0 Prizes will be awarded by popular votes in a variety of categories.<\/h3>\n

Entry Deadline:\u00a0 August 9th<\/sup>,<\/strong> 2024, entry form must be accompanied by a photo of the quilt top.\u00a0 Photo can be a paper copy and quilt top doesn\u2019t have to be quilted and\/or bound at the time of the photo.<\/p>\n

Entry fee is $5.00 per entry, payable to Quilting Connections 2024 Quilt Show and Sale. Remember, a copy<\/strong> of the entry form<\/a> must be safety-pinned to your quilt.<\/p>\n

Entrants are responsible for their own insurance coverage.<\/p>\n

Quilts must be finished, clean, and free of odor.\u00a0 Show Chair reserves the right to refuse any quilt on this basis.<\/p>\n

A label securely attached to the quilt back must include Quilt Name, Name and Phone Number of quilt entrant printed clearly.\u00a0 You may include additional information on the label.<\/p>\n

All quilts must have a sleeve securely sewn to the back with a 4\u201d opening for large and medium quilts or a 2\u201d opening for small or miniature quilts. If quilt is longer than 90\u201d the sleeve must be attached 90\u201d from the bottom so quilt does not touch floor.\u00a0 Quilts without sleeves will not be hung.<\/p>\n

Mail entry fee and entry form with picture postmarked no later than August 9, 2024 to PVQ Entry Form, PO Box 3734, Roswell, NM 88202.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Shipping your Quilt<\/strong>:\u00a0 Please use UPS only.\u00a0 Ship to Calico Cow Fabric and Gift Shop, 200 E College Blvd Roswell, NM 88201.\u00a0 Plan your shipping to arrive between Sept 3-7th <\/sup>2024.\u00a0 You will be sent a confirmation email when your quilt arrives.\u00a0 Please pack your quilt in a sturdy box and include a prepaid <\/strong>self-addressed return label with your quilt.\u00a0 Quilts will be return shipped no later than Tuesday, September 17, 2024 in the same box in which they were sent.<\/p>\n

Hand-Delivered Quilts Registration and Check In<\/strong>:\u00a0 Tuesday, September 10, 10 am until 12 Noon at our new show location, The Roswell Civic and Convention Center, 912 North Main Street, Roswell, NM. 88201.\u00a0 A copy of your quilt entry form should be safety-pinned (no straight pins) to the quilt front.<\/p>\n

Pick Up<\/strong>:\u00a0 Please have your quilt entry sheet with your Quilt Entry Number (given to you at time of registration) to claim your quilt at the end of the show, between 3 and 4pm, September 14.\u00a0 Quilts not picked up during this time will incur a $10 handling fee and may be picked up at Calico Cow Fabric and Gift Shop, 200 E College Blvd.<\/p>\n
